Our locally owned company has been in the industry since 1937 proudly serving the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. The entire experience was wonderful. My only complaint was that the previous person that used the loaner car was a smoker and the car was left with a horrible odor.

Several missed details having to do with the finished product have been communicated to the team at Williams. Overall sloppy job if you ask me but I hope they can make it right in the coming days.

It took a while (with a holiday in between but still) and I had to bring my car back for some detailed fixes that were missed the first time. But all in all with the communication, the loaner and the folks there being very sweet I would recommend.

After sending my car back they did an excellent job. I am very happy with their customer service and loaner availability to help with the transition. TBD on the “compensation” that they offered as a result of having to go back to them to clean the job up. But overall satisfied and it will be a 10 once they propose some compensation as promised.
