Our locally owned company has been in the industry since 1937 proudly serving the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. We repair all makes and models and work with all insurance companies throughout the entire repair process. Mike and the Williams team did a fabulous job. This is the second time that I have had bodywork done at the shop, and the quality of the work and customer service is first rate. My insurance company required a more hands-on role and communication of Mike, and he handled it with patience and grace. I'm so glad that I chose Williams versus one of the designated repair shops offered by my insurance company.

They do great work very happy with the work done on my car. It was very rude that some one took my car to Taco Bell for lunch. I trusted my car was in good hands. Not sited for a workers personal use.
