Our locally owned company has been in the industry since 1937 proudly serving the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Overall, they did a great job and communicated well. However, I believe their price was very high for the work completed; it was double what the adjuster calculated. It's incredible how a small crash resulted in such a large expense. Cars can’t be repaired anymore; they are now considered disposable. I hope they reassess their pricing to make car repairs more affordable.

Superior service from the moment Williams became involved in. Execution of repair work is flawless and not distinguishable from surrounding areas. Although their dealership is unrelated to the luxury brand of my car, it made no difference in the outcome. Thank for the pleasant experience.
