Our locally owned company has been in the industry since 1937 proudly serving the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Mike explained everything and answered all of my questions. Arranged rental car with rental center. And even accepted the drop off of rental car for me so I could drive away in my own car. Very pleased with ease, speed of service, and repairs done. I also liked the updates via text. Very nice.
