Our locally owned company has been in the industry since 1937 proudly serving the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. We are very happy with our experience at Folgers. The woman who greeted me at the front door was so pleasant and courteous . Mike Fletcher was so kind and respectful and made sure we understood the process. After meeting with him on Monday for the estimate, I didn't bother taking the time for a second estimate. I knew I was in the right place! The technicians did a great job and the interior of the car was kept clean despite all the truck went through for the repairs. The daily phone calls and text updates were very appreciated. Thank you all so much for your hard work!

Car not ready on original date advised. It would be nice if someone went with you to your car and made sure were satisfied with repairs instead of just taking your deductible and handing you your keys. Did have to return to shop afterwards for small scratches on handle
