Our locally owned company has been in the industry since 1937 proudly serving the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Communication was really good throughout, easy and informal, just the way it should be...I appreciated the extra attention to detail on the redurbishing, getting done earlier than originally estimated and going above and beyond with the handwash and the detailing after the fact. I baby this car, so to see that no new scratches surfaced while in your hands eased my mind.

I can’t express enough the kindness, the sincerity, customer service and professionalism I have experienced at Williams Collision during a very difficult time for me. Their understanding and comfort they extended to me was above and beyond and I am so pleased with the beautiful job and Mike and his team did on my Subaru. The girls at the front next were so accommodating and thoughtful. I am just really really happy and thankful. This Subaru Forester 2010 was my Dad’s car and I was really heartbroken when I had my accident he babied this car and blessed me with it when he passed. You all brought this car back to life and back to me. Thank you Thank you Thank❣️

Honestly, there is no feedback I could use for improvement. You have wonderful staff. Great quality work. An awesome waiting room where I could enjoy America’s funniest home videos and my kids enjoyed fresh popcorn. And thank you for making me look like a hero by cleaning my wife’s car - our family will never go anywhere else for bodywork.

Everything went fabulous from when I first went in to receive my estimate on car repairs and then I went back a few dsys later and dropped off vehicle and left in loaner 2026 subaru and thenna phone call checking up on everything and then Car was ready. I had no idea bumper was plastic ! They also manicured my vehicle and ceaned it immaculate! Miss Sherri is great, very positive and kind! And Bryce our favorite Service Advisor took care of having our vehicle receive 4 new spark plugs .. that went fabulous as well! 5 stars! So glad we chose the dealership to do our repairs instead of having to deal with enterprise: too much trouble!!
