Front desk people were great and car looks good. Only complaint is that only the front was vacuumed/cleaned. It would have been nice if they had taken a few seconds to vacuum the back seats and not just the front. There was only a yoga mat on the floor so not sure why that couldn’t be done after $3000 in repairs. Also found a few things from my glove box sitting on the passenger floor which was odd. Other than those small things would definitely use again

Repairs took a lot longer and were more costly than estimated. I was given an aappointment to bring the car in for repairs, and then got a call pushing the start date back 3 weeks due to difficulty getting the necessary parts for the repair. I understand that things like this happen, but I would have thought that they would know these things up front at the time that the estimate is performed. All in all, it took 2 months to get the repairs completed.

Repairs took a lot longer, and cost was a lot higher than estimated. Repairs ended up costing more than twice as much as the estimate. I understand that sometimes unforseen issues arise, but these kind of differences should not occur. Also, no one ever called me to discuss the upcharges. Fortunately, my insurance company handled everything appropriately.

Very good repair. My driver's side door was replaced and it looks great! Service was excellent. The adjustment toggle for the side mirrors on the replacement door is stiff to the point where it feels like something is broken inside or might break, but is currently working - so no big deal.
