Brendan was great! Only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because your automated email messages weren’t synced with the actual service status. I was receiving emails saying my vehicle was almost complete when repairs hadn’t really begun yet.

Brett Spaur was the BEST! He was very pleasant & accommodating, working with me on dates & times that worked for me & always keeping me informed on the progress of my car. He went out of his way helping me with the rental with Enterprise when I was having issues with that.

The ONLY issue we had was with trying to reach an employee to ask questions via phone. The text updates from Willis collision have a link that gives a phone number with the estimator’s name, but that number does not lead directly to the estimator. Instead, it goes to an AI-powered bot that is a complete pain. It places you in a queue for a callback that never happens. However, the quality of the repair work that was performed was absolutely stellar. Our Cadillac looks perfect where it was repaired, and there is not even the slightest sign that the vehicle was previously damaged. Dana, our estimator, was awesome, and guided us through the process, including battling with the insurance company. The people doing the work are awesome, but the technology side of things (the AI phone system and shoddy text update platform) needs a serious overhaul.

If your car gets a boo-boo, give Willis Collision Center a chance to analyze the issue and provide a quote. They are the gold standard of body shops IMHO.
