Delivery date slipped many times with inconsistent notifications. Body side molding not replaced because Nationwide would not pay for it. I now have molding on my undamaged front door and nothing on my back door. It looks stupid. It will cost me at least $200 for parts to correct this. This is not a Willis problem, but a Nationwide problem.
