The quality of the work was exceptional. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and engaging. My only comment would be with regard to receiving an update about the process. This was my first experience with Willis and with having body work repair of any kind. It's a long and necessary process and my impatience did not bode well for that process. My final comment would be again that the work done was exceptional and that I would 'highly' recommend Willis and will use them again should the need arise.

Karen was awesome. She has a lot of patience. She really helped me a lot. A gentleman came to my home and fixed an issue i had with my vehicle right way. I can’t remember his name. He was very pleasant. Wonderful experience

In reference to was the car ready when I was told it was going to be. I was told 4 to 5 days, but it actually ended up being 10. I didn’t mind as I had a rental with Enterprise so it was fine.
