The team at Willis Collision center did an amazing job! Some of the parts that came in were damaged in shipping. I appreciated that they did not try to work with what was sent and waited for perfect parts to arrive. The repairs and paint look fantastic! I highly recommend Willis Collision Center for body work and accident repairs.

Staff kept me updated on progress which was great. Unfortunately it seemed to take way longer then originally scheduled. Suspect that was due in part to parts availability. Workmanship looks very good

The team at Willis was amazing throughout the repair process. Each step of the process was thoroughly explained and easy to understand. There were some delays due to supply chain issues, but updates were given often with any new information on expected dates for completion.

Through the trials of supply chain shortages and issues, Willis was able to complete the work and offer assistance when it came to loaning a vehicle because a part was taking a long time to acquire. Excellent, professional, friendly and helpful!

Had to take car back twice due to burning smell and faulty air bag. That being said every one was very accommodating and gave us a loaner vehicle which was helpful.

I could not be happier with I can see every single the quality of respect from the staff with regards to keeping me up to date throughout the process. There was not a time throughout this process that I had to question when I would be receiving my vehicle. The staff up front is amazing, exceptional, deserve all the praise. The praise. The body shop you couldn't ask for a better body shop! They did a excellent a++ job. I would give them 10 stars. But, I think you only get five! Haha
