I waited three months for my appointment to have my rear bumper repaired and painted. The body shop painted the bumper a different color then the original paint color on the rest of the car. It was very upsetting. I have to wait again to have it repainted. I worry if they’ll match color when they repaint it.

Scott did the initial estimate on the repair work. He was very nice and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Casey was very apologetic about the bumper being painted the wrong color. He tried to get my car back in sooner for correction/repaint and is working to get me a loaner car when they do the rework. It was much appreciated.
