i am very happy with the work performed on my 2017 for explorer. the only issue i had was the fact that used parts were installed. i understand that thats dictated by the insurance company and not by Wilson ford. im just a little bummed about the suspension parts being used parts.

I was patient but tired of no info and ready to call when I was finally called that my truck was ready. I would have liked to been kept informed and consulted over the 3 months my truck was being repaired.

The young man (mechanic?)was informative and polite when we talked but perhaps we could have talked more. Not sure who is in charge of talking w me? Shop manager? Service coordinator? Asking if id like to pay for a new headlight myself while the other one was ordered and replaced? To match. I knew parts were hard to find but would have liked to know what the hang up was. Less chromed parts would have been fine. Also now I have a new bright headlight and a old dim headlight.
