your rental car person was extremely rude to me, as a senior citizen. She severely chastised me for having called several months prior to ask about prior rental bill. I thought it is a consumers right to ask questions about a prior bill.

You did the body work that needed to be done, and you did it in one day less than you projected. Your staff was very kind to me.

The two body shop staff persons were attentive and very pleasant. The icing on your cake, however, was Christy in your auto rental department who went beyond anything expected to assist. She even got rid of three scratches in a nonrepair area that the body shop didn't do though the young lady said she would.
