The vehicle was not properly repaired it was not returned in pre lost conditions I am now having to get both car insurance companies involved and find a different repair shop to repair what Wilson’s failed to repair. I have issues with my car that I did not have post accident and Wilson’s will not take responsibility for.

I was very pleased with the finished work. The car was nicely washed and cleaned, exterior and interior. However, it took entirely too long. However, the communication on updates were nice.

Wilson’s Body Shop was recommended to me by my insurance company and this was the first time I have visited them. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect but Diane was very nice and professional, Brian was helpful with his assessment of the damages and didn’t try to sugarcoat anything. He told me my options based on his extensive experience which I appreciated. My car was repaired a day faster than anticipated and they did an excellent job, looks brand new. I only had a small repair done which was mostly a paint job but because of how they handled my vehicle I can trust them if I ever need anything else done in the future. Thank you for taking great care of my car and for giving me great service.
