Inside pf the SUV it was very dusty and did not fix the rear buttom right side of the correctly. Was advised they have to order the part and have to come back so they can fix the other part of my door that were missed by the Mechanics

First paint job had black spots in the white paint and multiple runs. Second paint job still had runs and the bottom of the back door had a complete messed up spot. Also it looked like they painted over the clear coat leaving an orange peel look in the paint. We’re sending it to the dealer to get fixed.

Numerous text messages that the vehicle would be done on 4/7/23 come to find out when I called for an update on 4/6/23 that the work had not been started yet. I had to cancel 2 people who were going to help me pick up my vehicle because I was still not able to drive from the accident, who moved their work schedules around to help. Was told one day the week after, I had to keep checking on the status. Was told it would be ready on 4/14/23 to find out it was not ready that morning. Then was told 4/17/23 and was told that morning to come this afternoon, which was not realistic since I live 2 hours away and needed 2 people to come with me. Made the pickup 4:18/23 at 8am, which came out with the yellow crayon markings from the body shop on my rear window and the newly replaced bumper was scratched. Had to be brought back in and someone threw on some red paint that was still wet and the truck was given to me. Diane failed to tell me it was wet so when I went to feel for the scratch I got paint on my finger. Vehicle sat for over a week waiting to be inspected at the beginning of this journey. Poor communication, poor customer service and poor inspection of the finished product with the scratch on the newly installed bumper. I do not recommend.
