We are extremely satisfied with Windermere, they are top of the league. The job on our vehicle was excellent, the employees (all of them) were very, very nice, helpful, and always happy to help. They kept us up to date with the progress, this is a higher grade star than 10. Do yourself a favor if you ever need a body shop, use Windermere, you won’t regret it if.

Everything went as planned from start to finish, no surprises. Brought in our Audi SQ7 to get fixed after getting hit causing damage to the rear back bumper (15k worth of damage). Communication was above and beyond. I received updates multiple times during the week from Ana. They use OEM parts and they worked it out with Geico so we only had to pay our deductible. Couldn't be happier with the results.
