I don’t like that I wasn’t told about any extra charges for charging my vehicle before hand. I felt like it was a over charge

I love that the body work came out really good, I was totally caught off guard with the extra $300 plus cost after my $500 deductible with a total cost of over 21k which the insurance company paid. Windermere collision charge me another $353 for charging my vehicle. That should be complementary, but it seems like every penny they can squeeze they do. Not a happy ending.

Again I was not happy about being squeezed for $353 , the total cost for the repair was 21k which the insurance paid , I had a $500 deductible, which I had no problem with, but being charged $353 for supposedly having to charge my 2025 Rivian felt like you guys want to squeeze the customer for every possible penny. Not a good idea
