I would recommend that you work very hard to get the Porsche certification process completed as there is a severe shortage of Central Florida shops certified to work on Porsches. There is an urgent need.

Professional on all counts. Excellent shop, personnel, customer responsiveness, equipment/processes/procedures. So difficult dealing with the insurance company but Rosa and Caleb fought for me to minimize my out-of-pocket.

Quality work. It was great having Valerie giving me updates and to reach out to for status updates. Peter did good work with my insurance company, negotiating with my insurance company so that my out of pocket expenses did not exceed my deductible
