I felt shortcuts were made the first time around in order to turn over the car quicker.

When I dropped the vehicle off, I felt good with the interaction with the service girls and adjuster. My time was wasted by telling me my vehicle was complete when it was not. I went to pick up the car on Thursday the 1st of October, the fender flares were not properly attached and looked warped where the front bumper and fender meet. His excuse was that “it needs to have some play, all cars have it”, we get to the front bumper and there gaps between the bumper and grill on both sides. Again “that’s how all Tacoma has it, gives them room to play”. We get to the bottom plastic of the front bumper and I touch it with 2 fingers and all the clips come undone. This one is my favorite, “it has been siting in the sun, this is an after market part and the clips went out”. I felt insulted. I explained to the gentleman, that the fender flare isn’t suppose to be warped just in that one spot, that the front bumper needs to get realliagned and that he should have put the right part on the vehicle, I’ve had the car for 3yrs, sits in the sun everyday and that NEVER has happened. I asked me to still pay and bring the vehicle back because he had marked it as complete. I told him he can redo his paper work as the vehicle is obviously and clearly visible not complete.

The work they did was excellent and in a timely manner. But when I got the car back there was dust and fingerprints everywhere inside the car and door jambs, etc.
