The customer service was top notch. I forgot the young lady that works at the front desk, but she was amazing. JOSH was EXCEPTIONAL, he went above and beyond. I wasn’t able to communicate on the phone. He went the extra mile and sent me text message updates. Every step of the way he would text me with updates of my vehicle and it’s progress.

windermere collision did a great job in explaining what was wrong and what they repaired. they also explained what was denied and why since my adjuster did not explain at all
