Windus is awesome!!! They did a fantastic job on my son’s Honda Civic so when I got rear ended, I was happy to find out the insurance allowed Windus to work on my car. They did a wonderful job, very pleased with the whole process. James explained that parts were being delayed and that they had a ton of cars and told me when it was best to drop mine off so I would be without my car the least amount of time. Thankfully I got a rental that in the end was able to drop it off when I picked up my car and they took care of the rest. This was the easiest and best experience I’ve had with this type of situation. I also asked for a quote on damages that were there before my accident; the quote and turn around time was the best I got compared to other quotes. He even said he could try to work me in so the part could be installed in one day since I had to return the rental. I am more than pleased with their work and customer service! They are honest and genuine and trustworthy in my book for sure!!!
