First and foremost the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The staff went through every detail with me and answered all my question's. My car repair was right on schedule and was actually done before the estimated time. Once I was able to pick my vehicle up, the staff went through every detail and went over all paperwork. The work done on my vehicle was exceptional, looking brand new again and ran better then when I bought it. I would like to say thank you to all the staff!

Repairs were done; however, when I went to use my auto high beams, they were not working. I called the office, and I had to wait a week after immediately picking up the vehicle. The office made me feel I didn't know how to use my lights after explaining that the auto function was on and wasn't working.

Was told battery just went bad and later when I try to get in the bed of the truck the tailgate door won’t open and was working when I took it in. And from my knowledge they weren’t doing any work on the tailgate

All preset functions were not checked out by repair staff before pick up. Rain guard wasn’t put on properly, on driver’s window and there was grease on the passenger seat.
