Not only did Wink make and excellent and rapid repair, but they were willing to add on a necessary State Inspection that I had to have. The front desk kept me informed at every step, even calling to tell me how the work was progressing. I couldn't be happier! In fact, discovering that Wink's is a full service shop I have now found the place where I will take my car for every need. I can't say 'Thank You' loud enough.

As someone unfamiliar with cars and mechanics, going to an auto shop has always made me anxious—especially while visiting from out of state. From start to finish, Wink’s staff was friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. From helping me choose the right tires to handling my car repairs and windshield replacement, the team was informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Gina, who suggested replacing my windshield during the repairs, which helped reduce costs by avoiding an extra sensor realignment. Even though I’m not a local resident, they went out of their way to help me save money and made sure everything was repaired in a timely manner. I truly appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and kindness, and I would highly recommend Wink’s to anyone needing reliable auto repairs.
