It's been less than 2 weeks but everything seems okay so far. I have no complaints. I would give it a higher rating but I haven't driven the car long enough to fully evaluate. But the car drives good, and there are no codes. I am pleased with the repairs so far.

Everything from walking through the door to my fixed car was seamless. I was updated frequently, the repair was completed ahead of schedule. My car was washed inside and out and looked like new. Kristine who checked in my car and returned it to me treated me like a friend. As soon as she saw me come waiting to pick up my car she grabbed my paperwork and took care of me. She even took my rental car keys when I was done unloading the rental. I felt like a VIP.

I dealt with Brian Robbins… He was my contact with USAA and winner Ford… Absolutely fantastic work on his part very timely. Getting the estimate completed spearheading getting the truck completed before the expected date was absolutely fantastic… He needs a raise… As for the technicians that worked on my vehicle… They did a fantastic job all the way down to the exterior being cleaned… Commend them all… Ret Ssgt Robert J.
