I recently had my vehicle repaired at Ford’s Body Shop, and while I understand and accepted that a used window switch would be installed, I was very disappointed with the condition in which it was returned. The window switch was visibly dirty and contained literal dirt, not light grime or wear. This level of cleanliness does not align with my expectations of a dealership service department. Regardless of whether a part is new or used, it should be properly cleaned and presented in a condition that reflects professional standards. This experience detracted from my overall satisfaction with the repair, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve quality control and customer experience moving forward.

Work was excellent and I loved getting the updates every day or two on the progress of my repairs. Also loved the convenience of being able to drop my rental there and they took care of notifying Enterprise for pickup.
