Vicki was amazing!! We first called because we were having issues with the service center at Toyota because they said that “we did not want to use our insurance”??? It was very weird and frustrating because that was not true, but once we got in touch with the collision center, Vicki took it from there! She was awesome, she would always anwser the phone and keep us updated, help us with any questions, and had a positive attitude 100% of the time we talked to her.

Overall I am satisfied with the level of service Corey Hanes provided. As I told him, I only returned to this location because dealing with Corey has been very pleasant and I never felt like I was being ignored or brushed off. He is detailed and listening to the customer. Over all I am rating my experience a 9 only because I had to return to get my door fixed and even after that something is still wrong with the door. Having to return makes things more challenging for me with work.
