The service repair was outstanding,I just didn't have a good experience with the estimator.When you have issues that requires to be reviewed it is not a good feeling to have the estimator down play your concern.I feel it is a inconvenience to have to go somewhere else because of a issue that may or may not related.Customer safety should be #1.Expectly when it has to do with airbags...

I would give a 10 because the were awesome at calling and keeping me informed of the progress, yet of all the times they called they never mentioned that a portion of the work was not going to be done. Didn't find out until I picked the car up, which was a hassle to then have to bring it back within their business hours (no weekends)

I did get updates on the progress of my repair and the stimated date of completion. Although I appreciated this information it was not accurate. The repairs were completed 5 days earlier than the information I was recieving via text meassage. This disconnect between actual date of completion and the real date of completion resulted in my having to pay additional money for my rental car. I travel for work and because the repairs where completed early I was unable to arrange my schedule to facilitate returning the rental car at the same time the repairs were completed.
