I had an excellent experience with Vicki and her team. Vicki was professional, attentive, kind, and made the entire process easy and stress-free for me. She handled everything with care and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly trust Vicki and her team’s work. I also want to make it clear that the unusual noise in my car is not related to the repairs done by her team, but to a manufacturing issue with the vehicle itself. Toyota has already confirmed this through their inspection, and it will be handled by the dealership.

I was inconvenienced as it took entirely too long (2 months) to receive my car back as I faced two delays due to parts coming in damaged. My phone mount was also removed from my car and now I have to buy another one.
