I had a great experience with a minor repair for a scratch on my Corolla here. I want to give a special shout out to Karen for her honesty, courtesy, and kindness throughout the process. I went to several other body shops/collision centers in Atlanta (including both Toyota and non-Toyota) to get quotes and none of them walked me through the invoice and often added several additional fixes without walking through why those would be needed. Karen instead walked me through what each part of my repair would entail which helped me make the best choice for my needs. This helped me find the best price for the cost of my repair. She also provided me a realistic timeline for my repair and she was spot on. My car was with them for the expected amount of time and I was updated with any cost changes with specific reasons. Once my car was returned, it was in pristine condition. I would highly recommend this collision center for your needs with your Toyota car.
