Vicki exceeded all my expectations. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She consistently kept me up to date with the status of my car repairs, even letting me know when she was going to be out of the office. Communication was excellent. She was thoughtful about little details that mattered to me. For example, on the day I picked up my vehicle, she parked my car in the garage so I wouldn’t get in a hot vehicle. Exceptional service! You guys could have aligned my fender but you choose not to because insurance didnt cover it! The damage wasn’t significant enough to where the body shop couldn’t fix it and align it right with the bumper bit you choose not to!
