Not a fan, after 7 years of bringing our family cars to them. This is proof that when sales go up, customer service and attention to details go down. You get treated like a statistic now.

Service had gone down here. It used to be where we took our family cars for all of our issues. This time I got into an accident, and the insurance was paying for everything. Wold Tech told me they'd take care of me as usual. Got the car back, stereo system wiring was loose, the software settings (for the touchscreen dashboard) was tampered with, etc...spoke to the guy & he said they only fixed the rear of the car, so anything else was not their faults. Basically means that, regardless if your car was working well prior to bringing into the shop, if after it was repaired and anything went haywire elsewhere, customer would have to suck it up. Had a 45 mins convo with the guy about it and he said they could not be liable for anything others than the things they (supposedly) worked on. That's fine, it was a minor issue so I just took it as a loss. Just disappointed at how this played out after years of trusting the shop. Very poor quality control. Then I drove home and took my Mother to the grocery store. She noticed that the roof of the car had a bunch of visible scratches on the side. Great... So in the end, the car was fixed & came out with different problems. What a ghetto experience...for ~$3.5k
