Nathan was excellent in keeping me informed about my car repairs. He was nice and friendly and never made me feel he was in a rush, and he kept me know when parts were ordered and arrived and approximally how much longer the car might possibly need to stay in the shop. That was especially nice and I appreciated him keeping me so well informed.
