Poor customer service. Does poorly with providing timely updates. They don’t take any accountability for their mistakes when “fixing” a car and the painters there suck. Dust all in the paint and trying to pass it off as rock chips or that all shops are going to have dust and debris in their paint

My headlights were not adjusted and one on the right(as you look at the car) was noticeably brighter than the left. Should have left in the matching bulb on the left that was in there since it still worked and was the same type as the one on the right. I left the carb for it to be corrected Monday (tomorrow)

I highly recommend Wren’s Collision for anyone needing quality auto body repairs. Although my repair took a little longer than originally anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances, the entire team remained professional and communicated with me throughout the process. I especially want to recognize Nick and Jessica for their outstanding customer service. They were always courteous, patient, and kept me informed every step of the way, even when I was understandably frustrated by the delays. Their communication and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. Most importantly, the finished product exceeded my expectations. The repairs are flawless, the front of my vehicle looks brand new, and they even removed some stubborn residue from the exterior that had been on my car for years. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship were exceptional. Thank you to everyone at Wren’s Collision for taking pride in your work and for treating your customers with respect. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Wren’s. I was kept updated on the status of my vehicle through frequent messages and I truly appreciate that peace of mind during an already stressful time. My vehicle was washed and cleaned upon pick up - such a blessing to this already exhausted and busy mama! Jessica was so kind and friendly from the moment I walked in the door, and she was so helpful with me completing my paperwork!
