Jessica and Ally answered all my questions when I called with care and kindness. They never made me feel as if I was being overbearing! My car was clean and smelled good when I got it back, the paint job and repairs were beautiful ! 10/10 recommendation!

The initial communication was very good, and the work that was done is very good. There is a problem yet regarding suppliers. We continue to wait a ridiculous amount of time so far for one more part.

I picked up my car at the time projected. There is a piece missing, but since we have no other transportation (We did not have rental car insurance) we picked up our car when it was drivable with the understanding we will have the missing part put on. But I expect Wrens to put some pressure on the supplier to send the part, but we have had no communication about their efforts, and I believe that since we picked up the care, they do not consider it a priority.

Amazing work! Almost a week ahead of schedule for the completion of all the repairs. They were professional and thorough. It was a very nice touch to have the car vacuumed out and cleaned. Highly recommend.
