The team at Wren’s Collision were Fantastic!! The receptionist was so kind & considerate & nice to talk to and work with. Appreciated the daily updates. The work was completed quickly and job was excellent. Can’t even see where there had been damage to the car. Highly recommend them!! 10 stars.

I I bought. In my car for repairs, I had damage from an accident as well old damage. I was told I would sent a separate email an estimate for the older damage, I never received the estimates until I called for the estimate. Also, I was not aware that there would be an additional fee for paying with a credit card, until I picked up my car, I normally do not carry that much case.

I was satisfied with the repair However, I felt they was a lack of communication and follow through I would have appreciated a heads up that a 16% fee would be added to my bill with a credit card payment, I rarely carry that much cash

One panel is still not lined up evenly but that we can live with. My vehicle was there for 15 days for $2100 worth of damage.

The initial appointment I was told they couldn’t do an estimate but had approval to do the repairs. Wasn’t true. Should have trusted my gut and gone elsewhere. Then went to pick it up and they missed two dents and scratches so car has to stay there another 5 days. Panels were not lined so we asked to replace the bracket. When came to pick it up again after them having it for 14 days the passenger panel and rear light still didn’t line up. Pete told me we didn’t do anything to that side but the bumper was removed and replaced. Pete continued to say we didn’t replace anything on that side. I took my vehicle that day but after a week I decided I was not happy with it. Took it back and Stan said yes we can fix it. Bring it back and leave it for half a day. Pete wanted to know why I was bringing it back. Good thing I talked to Stan and I feel he is the only one who listened to me. Took it back and they corrected the main problems I was having. I feel like Pete didn’t listen to me from day one.

I love how my car turned out! Lori, and Pete were VERY helpful and patient. You can tell that they care about what they do. I felt comfortable with my car being worked on by them. I would recommend them to anyone, and would go to them again for any work needed. Thank you guys sooooo much!!!
