I was told that my car was going to be ready in 2 weeks and it took 3 weeks. I had to call you guys to check for updates. Then I picked it up the rim was not taken care of when you guys billed the insurance for it now I have to wait 7-14days to get it replaced when you guys receive it. Incomplete job
