Thank you Alex for helping with my car. There were a few issues with the bubbled at the brims of the front hood when we 1st scheduled to pick up the car, Alex was helpful and got those issues fixed for us. We had color issues with the other caliber location twice before, but Alex made sure our car color is corrected, ready and look as new. He is also great at keeping us updated with the car while it’s being fixed and I really appreciated.

Bret and staff were great they stayed in constant communication even when I was hard to reach, they even stated open 10 mins later than closing time so that I wouldn’t have to wait the next day to get my car

Very kind and thoughtful service. Very transparent. My vehicle was a bit dirty on the outside when presented but was offered and cleaned on the spot. The inside of the vehicle was very dirty. Expected to be dusty and dirty through the process but there was lots of some kind of tar black smudge everywhere and some sticky liquid residue was spilled onto one of the inside of the car door. But other than that everything was great
