The owner was SO good at communicating. After I sent in my claim- he called me within a few hours to get me in. The shop sent me updates on when my car would be ready and stayed in communication with me. When I got my car it was in better condition than before the accident. They even cleaned the inside top to bottom which is something no one has ever done for me at a collision shop. These people care about their clients!

I was very satisfied with the work done on my car. The service was very fast. I have used exteree twice this year and the 1st time they had my car done in 7 days and the 2nd time 4 days. Super efficient and their name says it all. Therefore I am extremely satisfied with the work they did on my car. I would used them over and over again.

Happy with everything that was need but when we came and picked up the vehicle there was paint on the seat. The gentleman who cleaned it said that he didn’t it. Make sure they put something over the seats next time
