I like that it started with an online estimate. I did get a few from other establishments. I came by in person for final assessment. The process was clear, and I was updated on the timeline as we had to order parts from Germany. I was warned that my car may need additional work on one section and they did verified once they were able to look more closely, they gave another estimate and did come in under the price which was nice. I love the final result, I can't tell at all that any repair was made, looks brand new like the day I bought it...Great job. Also I love that I was told 2 weeks and the work was done in 1 week. Great job and communications which I appreciate.

Took a good 6 weeks longer than originally anticipated. When we picked up the car no escorted us to the car to review the work done. We drove off and the engine light went on. We drove it back immediately. No follow-up late today on status. Communication is sub-standard. Disappointing.
