My scratch was purely a personal annoyance and cosmetic in nature. I was told it was an easy fix but a full restoration would be extensive. I opted for the easy fix which was well priced but when I inquired about the quality of the job (probably 80% restored to factory quality) it was received as critical, when I only wanted to understand if that was the best that could be done. I thought the staff was nice but this turned me off a bit.

I brought my car in for a very minor paint chip and scratch. The team did a good job fixing it. Not a great job of conveying what they would and could do. I was told it was good as new but when I picked up the car it was still mildly visible. I mentioned this inside as more of a conversation / comment NOT complaint. However the staff member seemed immediately offended and instantly said “just give him his money back”. Getting my money back was never my intent or even an option I considered.
