Brought my Sentra in for minor damage, front of car bumper holder damage, I was backed into so the other driver’s insurance covered it. The receptionist Daisy I think her name was, she was a very big help to me, dealt with all the insurance issues and everything was explained to me clearly. They got me in a rental car right there on site, Car was ready quickly as promised, not to mention very clean detailed, looked like a new car. John was great with handling the repairs and the other employees I talked to were also great. Highly recommended this place , 5 stars for sure, hopefully won’t need to go back but if needed in the future I will gladly take my cars there.

The service there was exceptional. All the team members from Daisy, John, Lee was very helpful, great communication, fast service and everything was communicated to me. They did all the dealings with the insurance company which made my life easier, and got my car looking beautiful and detailed to the max. Highly recommend them

I had an excellent experience with Y&S Auto Body. They were very understanding and accommodating by holding my truck until I returned from my vacation, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I am very satisfied with the body work service for my vehicle. Additionally I think the front office person Daisy provided excellent customer service. She was my first contact & she is a great representative for the company. She was knowledgeable, professional & friendly. I also was happy with the guy who inspected & did the initial intake. I think his name is Leo or Alex? I can't remember but he was great. Overall my experience with Y & S was top notch!

This is my second experience with Y&S. Both my experiences I enjoyed excellent service, quality work and excellent communication.
