I just have one minor concern as I drive on the highway back from picking up my vehicle both my side view mirrors were shaking/jumping. It’s not a complaint just a concern… but other than that I’m extremely pleased with the repairs. Thank you so much York Collision Center & Mr Tom ☺️

Not sure what they did from my understanding they had said they were goin to replace the bumper cover for a new one and b paint 🤔 although I'm not a 100% but I think it was viral wrapped not sure but I'm not complaining just a thought

There's a lack of actual seeing the customer. Do you ever go to a place and feel that you are seeing and the person actually wants to help you? It's kind of lacking here. I also had an incident where I asked a question about the bumper being pre-painted as the estimator had said so that there was less time spent once the work was started. I asked when I went back whether the bumper was pre-painted and no one answered me. They just went back to their work. The estimator and the two receptionists just ignored me. I don't expect this to change. This is a culture of a place.

All staff with whom I interacted were very nice. I especially appreciated the progress updates via text Tom sent. Being able to leave my rental vehicle at York Collision and just drive my car away was great! Had assumed I’d have to take the rental back to Enterprise.
