Very good customer service! One lost point only because I have a 2nd car and did not need a rental, but the CSR and Estimator emphasized getting a rental…and said, “If I use the night drop a rental company won’t meet me there…” which is sort of a given, but I’d told then I wasn’t using a rental beforehand. In short, they over explained a few things that were obvious. To their benefit—they don’t know what the customer knows—so they were being thorough.
