Body work is good but communication isn’t. Also you don’t seem to check to make sure all is working on car as it was left (lock button on drivers side door is broken and was not when I left the car)

When I left my car to be repaired the drivers side door locked worked so that I just had to push the outside button on the door handle to unlock and lock the door , without having to take my key out of my purse. That button no longer works, it works on the passenger side, it’s very inconvenient now, not sure how you broke it but should have been checked to make sure things were functioning as I left them. Other then that the body work was good but took much longer then I was told. Brought my car in on a Tuesday, Aug 4th (had an appointment) but apparently the car was not looked at until Friday, Aug 7th. Was told you found other issues, which I understand, but Geico was not notified until the afternoon of Aug. 7. Had it been looked at on Tuesday when I brought it in Geico should have been notified sooner. I had to call on Monday, Aug 10 to find all this out, I was told it would take about 4 days. Car was ready afternoon of 13th, was able to pick up car Monday, Aug. 17.
