When I arrived at the shop, I met with Bobby and Jake. My estimate was written and I was scheduled to come back for the repairs after they received the initial parts. When I returned for repairs, they called Enterprise to pick me up at the shop. A few days later I received a call from Bobby regarding additional damage and in no time I picked up my completed car. The vehicle looked as good as new; there are no signs it was ever in an accident. I left my rental at the shop when I picked up too. When I got in my car, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. There were no signs that they worked on it and it was much cleaner than when I dropped it off.
