He handled everything with my insurance company, kept me informed throughout the process, and my now beautiful car was ready even sooner than expected. Your workmanship is outstanding! My 2016 Honda looks like new—it’s hard to believe it’s the same car after the damage it sustained. And attention to detail is incredible - - even the interior looks great. The entire repair process was smooth, easy & totally stress-free. Everything went perfectly, without a single glitch… big sigh of relief after my car had been badly side-swiped, two break- in’s, door lock destroyed, vandalized & damaged etc., etc. Sincere appreciation to your entire team for their care & excellent work—it truly could not have been better. Everything looks great and the work on my bumper was done early! They managed to fully repair some damage to my bumper without needing to replace it. Both of the gentlemen who helped us were so kind and informative at every stage of the process

We have used 101 autobody before they have always done wonderful work for us and in this case, they outdid themselves. They gave our van a nice wash afterwards and it just loaded even though it’s 25 years old.

When I discussed the defects with the staff people at 1:01 autobody, they blame the problems on me. There was no effort to correct these defects on the part of 101 auto body.
