I asked if they could get it done this week as it was hard to open the door. She called Friday morning and got me in at 1 pm. I was on my way in 1 hr. She went out of her way to help me. Excellent service and beautiful job on painting and installation of my handle. I would definitely recommend West Herr's collision shop."

    "Paul and Larry - from day ONE of bringing my car in after being t-boned and extensive damage - made me feel completely at ease - knew I was extremely nervous after the accident and completely overwhelmed with the insurance calls texts etc - they took over the whole process and I was so relieved that they would handle everything - Paul went out of his way to explain everything to me - kept me informed during the whole process - even brought my car next door for inspection since I had to cancel obviously - they both went above and beyond every step of the way - I am singing their praises and will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Northtown Collision - solely due to Paul and Larry - they made an awful time in my life easy - they took the burden off my shoulders (sore shoulders I must say) it was like having family members taking care of me - Oh and by the way - my car looks PERFECT :) Thank you again Pa"
