We brought in my fiancés car for repairs to the bumper from a fender bender. From the very beginning everyone was super helpful and very friendly. Way too many delays and lies told throughout this process. My car is missing a whole piece underneath and when I call I get told I’ll be called back. Still waiting for that call and I’m guessing they threw it out. My insurance stated this was not an approved shop and I can see why.
