There was too much confusion and incorrect information provided that would have completely changed the timing and manner of how this was done. This led to a lot of out of pocket expenses to us that was not required to have occurred ($200 extra on a rental for the additional days), not to mention the 3 extra days I had to stay from my business and the Billy Currington concert I am missing in Florida Friday night. The work on the car and he care that Stephanie & Oz provided were excellent. Hopefully this can be used as a training example because Kimberly needs to understand that people make decisions based on what she tells them and those decisions have real costs to people.

My truck isn’t fixed, it’s still out of alignment, I called and was told it was in specs and Kimberly said she drove it and it was fine, I’m still waiting for a call back, I contacted her on the morning of Friday June 12th, it us now Monday June 15th and still no call
